The other night my eleven year old told me that he loved me. He said after, “my heart just felt like I needed to say it.”
Such a lovely spontaneous moment and thing for a mum to hear! It made me think too, that God must love to hear the same. To hear us say “I love you Lord. My heart needed to say it.”
To take the time out, unscheduled, to let our heart guide us and express our love to God. To be spontaneous across the day and tell God we love you.
I love you Lord, my strength.
