I don’t know what it was about this morning. There was a lightness about it. I stopped enroute to work to take a photo of the gorgeous sunrise and to grab a coffee. Walking back to my car, my spirit felt light and the words “it’s going to be ok” just dropped into my spirit.
It’s hard sometimes to not let worry or fear dominate your thoughts of the future. It’s also hard sometimes to not let hopelessness to seep into your soul. It’s easy to think you’re not doing enough…being enough. That it’s too hard. So easily the shadows can come across our day.
But no matter the future, God is there. God is for us, He is good and He has a good plan for us, filled with His hope.
“But the Lord stood with me and gave me strength” (2 Timothy 4:17)
“With every hope for my future and every desire of my heart I trust you Lord.”
